Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist

Today i've passed my first certification exam (72-620, TS: Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client) on my first try at the exam!! I'm quite happy about this as it's a good start and hopefully many other certificates will follow this one. This certificate grants me the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) title which in the end doesn't really make a better person ;) Anyway next one up is most likely 72-622 certification exam to get the MCITP.

Quote:

MCTS: Windows Vista – Configuration

The Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications enable professionals to target specific technologies and distinguish themselves by demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise in their specialized technologies.

The MCTS: Windows Vista – Configuration certification is designed to validate the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the functions and features of Windows Vista and to troubleshoot network-connectivity and applications issues.
