Crystaldisk HDD S.M.A.R.T
Crystaldisk is perhaps one of the best free HDD S.M.A.R.T programs i've found sofar. This program is able to get S.M.A.R.T information from harddrives under Windows Vista without having to make any special adjustments or gimmics (this is a problem with Windows Vista & nForce chipset). In addition this program can get the information from RAID arrays (tested with raid 0) without any problem. If you are looking to monitor your harddrives (which you should to predict possible hardware failiures) this is a program is really worth a check.
